SDN48 1st stage Lineup

Sry for the late update on AKB48 Theater schedule. Well, here is the list of SDN48 lineup for this Friday(10/06/2011).

Honestly, I don't know anyone of them. I have absolutely no idea if I should go down and support AKB48, sister group.
Do you think I should?

Just an introduction on them for my own benefit and those noobs out there who don't know them.

SDN48 (short for Saturday Night 48) is a Japanese idol girl group, created and produced by Yasushi Akimoto, as a sister group to the massively successful AKB48, but with a different audience in mind. SDN48 was created based on an "adult idol" concept, to appeal to a more mature fanbase. Former AKB48 member Kayo Noro was chosen as the captain of the group. In November 2010, the group made their major label debut with "Gagaga", under Universal Music.

AKB48 shop officially open in Singapore

This is it, the most anticipated event of year 2011. AKB48 has finally opened their first official store last Saturday, 14th of May.

Three AKB48 members who have graced the opening were :

-Iwasa Misaki (岩佐美咲)
-Komori Mika (小森美果)
-Miyazaki Miho (宮崎美穂)

On the day itself, I didn't managed to get in as the whole of AKB48 fans in Singapore seems to have gathered over there and not to mention the devoted fans from asean countries. Even the Japanese travel from their hometown to this tiny sunny island to give their full support to their respective idols. You guys have my salute.

Some of the photos on the shop itself

OMG ITS RIGHT HERE! IN SINGAPORE!

Oh my! Lovely ladies! とても 可愛い です よ ね=3

Hongkong AKB48 items are also brought in for display.

*Shocking news* AKB48 commencing their first ever overseas theater in Singapore!

For those hardcore fans, probably this is old news. But well, AKB48 are commencing their first overseas theater flagship in Singapore here! Yep you never heard me wrong and probably some fans will have the same doubt. Why Singapore? They have already started a official shop in Hong Kong and definitely will have a bigger fan volume over there. This is something I wouldn't understand. However since it's going to be held in my own country, I guess I won't be digging in too much for the reasons. Not only AKB48 but NMB48, SDN48 and SKE48 will also be making their way down here in subsequent shows (After the first show).

Ever since I heard this news, I could sense that a small part of Japan has already been planted on here. Not only us, but Japanese natives who live in Singapore could finally catch a glimpse of their own people perform here and yes! on a regular basis which is 2 times per month 24 times a year. (Yes i still could remember well on the Japanese kids that was cheering on behind me during the STGCC AKB48 mini concert);)

Who will be here? The Senbatsu girls? Well, i guess we will be finding out on the 15th of May. I do hope Oshima Yuko will at least come once.=3

If i am correct, AKB48 is the first ever pop group to start an overseas theater. Please correct me if I am wrong.;)

*Stay tune for more news on the ticket sales and coverage on first ever theater!(which means I will definitely be down there to give my support!)

My story starts when I fall in love with Ultraman.

Ultraman means a lot to me when i was still a kido (Ultraseven to be exact). And fortunately, my affinity with Made-in-Japan doesn't stops here. The super big sized hero symbolized justice. When I got to know Japan Drama, it had heartfelt stories that could make me cry. Then came Anime, which inputs creativity and laughter into my head. Ayumi and Namie came along too to teach me how to enjoy Jpop. And so much more that till this date, I am so attached to Japan.

By now, Everyone should know that Japan has been hit by an enormous 9 Magnitude earthquake that has caused 3000 + death and thousands more missing. And the last thing that they want to know is their nuclear plant suffering a meltdown and yet they have it. Causing people to evacuate from ground zero. I am sure there are workers that are risking their life getting contacted with radiations to stop the spreading. You have my respect.

My purpose of posting this is hoping that there will be more awareness that thousands are left stranded without a proper home nor food.
These are some of the links that I will putting up here. Help in anyway you could. Please help Japan.
